Accessibility

Our commitment

CounterOfferAi is built and run by a small team, and we want every part of it — signing up, submitting an offer, unlocking your analysis, and reading it — to work for people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or high-contrast modes. We treat accessibility defects as bugs, not enhancements.

Conformance status

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are partially conformant: most of the site meets that standard, and we know of specific places where it does not. We have not yet published a VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report; we would rather fix the outstanding items first than certify around them.

Known limitations

As of the date above, we know about the following. We are working through them:

• PDF downloads are not tagged documents. Our PDF renderer cannot produce a tagged, PDF/UA-conformant file. The on-screen version of your analysis is the accessible one — it has real headings and lists and works with assistive technology. The PDF is a convenience copy for printing.
• Some controls have small touch targets. A few buttons, notably in the mobile menu and the profile form's repeated sections, are smaller than the 24×24 CSS pixel minimum.
• Some secondary text is lower contrast than we would like. Core content and form labels meet the 4.5:1 minimum; a few decorative and secondary labels do not yet.
• Third-party checkout. Payment is handled on Stripe's hosted checkout page, which we do not control.
